We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and we aim to be as accommodating as possible across all our offerings. Please review our cancellation policies below.
Online Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all our online and consultation services.

Cancellation Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointments. This allows us to offer your slot to another client in need.

Rescheduling: If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. For changes made with less than 48 hours' notice, a £25 administrative fee may apply.

Refunds:

Full Refund: If you cancel your consultation with more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund.

Partial Refund: For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, a 50% deposit will be retained with the remaining 50% refunded.

No Refund: If you do not show up for your consultation without any prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies can happen. If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us at connect@welcometocaim.com as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

In-Person Retreat Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to our in-person retreats and similar offerings.

Notice Period: If you are unable to attend, we ask for at least 2 weeks’ notice. This allows us time to re-advertise your spot. For recurring retreats, if you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, we will be happy to accommodate an alternative date that aligns with your schedule.

Organiser Cancellations: If a retreat/offering is cancelled by the organisers, you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued within 48 hours of notification.

Refunds:

If you provide at least 2 weeks’ notice and we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a full refund of the balance paid.

Most retreats and offerings include a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel and we are unable to fill your space, any additional balances (minus the deposit) will be refunded within 48 hours of confirming your bank details.

A £25 administrative fee may apply for processing cancellations and related refunds.
