A WELLNESS RETREAT IN HIGHLAND PERTHSHIRE

CAIM is a wellness retreat space in Highland Perthshire, Scotland, created by Shannon and Rory Lamont. Offering guided group retreats, private retreats and longer residential and online experiences, all shaped around the connection between mind, body and nature. Depending on the experience, time at CAIM may include guided rituals and ceremony, nature-based practices, wood-fired sauna and cold water immersion, nourishing food, movement, rest and space for reflection. Our retreats are designed to meet people at different stages of their wellbeing journey, whether they are experiencing this kind of work for the first time or looking to deepen an existing practice.

What makes CAIM distinctive is the combination of place, people and approach. Set within its own land in Highland Perthshire, CAIM offers an intimate alternative to a large-scale wellness resort, with thoughtfully structured experiences and close support from the people holding each retreat. Alongside our own programme of retreats and experiences, CAIM also welcomes private groups, facilitators and organisations looking for a considered setting in Scotland for retreats, ceremonies and gatherings.
