Reside with us at CAIM to embark into a 10 day cleanse specifically designed to detoxify and rejuvenate the liver, which plays a central role in energy levels, digestion, emotional balance and long-term health. Day in and day out it works tirelessly, filtering the blood, storing nutrients, neutralising poisons and shielding us from toxins that would otherwise cause harm. Yet in its loyalty, it often becomes overburdened carrying the weight of pesticides, heavy metals, pharmaceuticals, pathogens and emotional residue that quietly accumulate over the years. This cleanse is a way of working in rhythm with the liver’s own intelligence and nine-day rhythm. Incorporating three phases, each lasting three days: Days 1 to 3 | Preparing the Body The liver begins to prepare. It senses that it is being nourished and supported with fresh fruits, living water, leafy greens and gentle meals. Hydration and glucose restore its energy reserves, these days are about building trust assuring the liver that it won’t be left depleted. Days 4 to 6 | Deepening the Cleanse In the middle three days, the deeper work begins. By having already removed fats and focusing on fruits and greens, we free the liver from its constant duty of fat metabolism. Quietly, steadily, it starts to let go of poisons it has stored for years: residues of chemicals, viral debris, old pharmaceuticals. Office spaces will be available should you wish to work remotely while here. We keep our cleanses intimate and deeply supportive, welcoming only three participants per cycle.
