A Day of Deep Connection & Renewal Gather at CAIM just before the new moon for a day designed to reconnect you with your life force, breath and the earth beneath your feet. Hosted exclusively for the Grounded Connections community and guided by Shannon of CAIM, this day retreat offers a sanctuary for women seeking authentic connection and personal renewal. What to Expect A mix of gentle but powerful practices, honest conversation, grounded connection and quiet moments to be: • Opening and closing circles: Gather around the fire of presence. Begin with ritual intention, end with gratitude and honour the shared journey of the day. • Connection Workshops: Engage in heart-centred activities that foster genuine connections with yourself and others. • Breathwork: Release tension and invite clarity through guided breathwork and mindful movement. • Nature Immersion: Wander the serene landscapes, allowing the natural world to ground and inspire you. • Sauna & Cold Water Therapy: Experience the invigorating benefits of our outdoor wood fired sauna alongside the optional cold water immersion. • Fire Ceremony: Participate in a sacred fire ceremony, symbolising release and renewal. • Nourishing Meals: Savour plant-based, seasonal meals crafted with care, accompanied by wholesome snacks throughout the day. We invite you to explore what arises when the distractions fall away. Just come as you are, whether you’re new to these practices or carry experience in some or all. You’ll be held in a welcoming group with an immersive woodland backdrop. We look forward to the potential of you landing with us! The remaining balance can be settled in whatever instalments feel most aligned for you.
