Providing personalised expert guidance to nourish you on your path to optimal health. Understanding the healing power food plays in our overall well being, we craft bespoke plans that align with your lifestyle and wellness goals, empowering you with the knowledge of meal plans, recipes and supplement advice. Our approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the unique needs and goals of each individual. Our aim is to work closely with you to create a bespoke plan that aligns with your lifestyle, preferences and wellness objectives. Whether you're looking to enhance your general well-being, address specific health concerns or transform your relationship with food, together we'll embark on a journey to vibrant health, guided by personalised expertise and a compassionate, holistic approach. Your journey begins with a thorough evaluation of your current health status, dietary habits and lifestyle through a detailed 14 page health questionnaire with a food diary. The food diary should be kept during any typical 3 day period before your consultation and include drinks and any symptoms experienced during the day. We also request for you to have with you any nutritional supplements and/or medications that you currently take and the results of any recent tests taken by your doctor. This holistic assessment allows us to understand the full picture of your well-being, ensuring that your bespoke plan is not only effective but also sustainable and enjoyable. Pre initial consultation we will review your health questionnaire in detail and start to gather the information that addresses the areas you look to be navigating. Then via zoom call or in person we connect for your initial health consultation which lasts approximately 90 minutes. During the initial consultation we will ask detailed questions about your current and past health, diet and lifestyle, sensitivities, symptoms, medical and family history, physical activity, any wellness concerns, stress levels, biomechanical or structural factors, emotional aspects and use of medication and/or supplements. Also discussing any factors that may be relevant to your health in your occupation, your interests and where you’re at in your life at the moment.
